Only properties known personally to the publisher are entered below, and regretfully I can no longer afford the time or resource to add further properties. I am not, and have no wish to become, an Estate Agent.

However, as my website receives over a million hits per annum which result in all manner of enquiries, including requests for help with finding or selling properties, I am willing to retain a hard copy of each friend’s property details on file and will send them to any enquirer whose proposed property specification appears to match.

Practical Help

I am always willing to introduce enquirers to an independent Abogado (solicitor) or medical services, show them where to apply for NIE, banking services etc. or where to find good local B&B or longer term rentals whilst searching for appropriate property to buy; all these services are without any charge.

Hand Holding

I am also willing to offer practical unbiased hand holding advice to anyone needing a more personal service when first arriving in Spain and intending to settle within a reasonable distance of Gandia (where I live) or Denia/Javea.
For this service I expect the enquirer to pay out of pocket expenses.
